Normally the ‘book’ link will take your client to a booking form that allows them to pick a day with a requirement to drop their vehicle by 9.00am.
You will then recieve an email summary with vehicle details and booking date. If you need to change their booking, just call, text or email them directly to arrange an alternative.
If it looks good, just hit the ‘Accept’ link and the client will automatically get a “Booking confirmed” text, with a reminder 12 hours prior to the booking.
And that’s it! Your client will receive a confirmation text and a reminder 12 hours prior.
